Pink noise, white noise, and octave tones from 31.5 Hz to 16 kHz — all level-matched, so the meter doesn't jump when you switch.

Plug in a real mic

Import the cal file from a UMIK-1, UMIK-2, EARS, ECM8000, or iMM-6C — or a REW export — and Level applies the correction. When the file carries a 1 kHz sensitivity, that's true SPL.

Reference signals Free

The test signal is built in.

Level plays the reference and the meter keeps reading — set your speakers while the tone plays. Pink noise for speaker levels, white noise for checks, octave-band tones for finding what a room does — no second app, no test-tone downloads.

Level-matched. Every signal reads at the same dB on the meter — switch tones and the number doesn't jump.
Ten octave bands. 31.5 Hz to 16 kHz. Walk a room band by band and hear where it booms and where it dies.
1 kHz meets 94 dB. The standard pairing for an acoustic calibrator — check your whole chain against a known level.

The built-in mic gives you a close estimate — plenty to set speaker levels or settle an argument about how loud something is. When you need true SPL, plug in a measurement mic and import its calibration file. Level reads through it, corrected.
