What it does
Every drive leaves a shape.
That shape is a portrait of how you drive. Every time you accelerate, brake, or turn, your car draws on the grip between its tires and the road — and Grip gathers all of it into one continuous picture. At a glance you can see how hard the car is working, how smooth your inputs are, and how much grip is still in reserve.

A single shape that shows how much of your car's grip you're using, in every direction, as it happens. The closer it reaches its edge, the closer you are to the limit.

No account, no sign-up, nothing sent to the cloud. Your drives stay on your device, and location is used only to sense your direction of travel — never stored.

Alongside the live grip picture, Grip can show your drift angle — how far the car's heading has stepped out from its direction of travel. It's one more way to read what the car is doing, computed continuously as you drive.

0° is straight tracking under braking or acceleration. As the car begins to rotate beyond its line, the angle grows. No calibration, no setup — just another layer of insight into how your car behaves.
How it works
Mount it, open it, drive.
Grip reads your iPhone's motion sensors — no calibration, no waiting. It shows your g-forces the moment you pull away. Allow Location and it also aligns the four axes to your car in any mount position and unlocks drift angle.

Privacy
Your data never leaves your device.
Your measurements and location stay on your device and are never uploaded to the cloud. Grip does not collect, store, or share your personal data.

- Motion data is processed entirely on-device for app functionality only.
- Location is used only to sense your vehicle's direction of travel. It is processed in real time on your device, and is never stored or transmitted.
- No data is transmitted off your device.
